Has anyone had recent problems with Imagen.
Had to send 3 to AZTEC, 1 could not be repaired, and 2 have come back not repaired.

I have heard this alot about Aztec. I think your going to fing Aztec has the same problems as everybody else and tha is finding motherboards and PS to repair these units. As the Imagens I service began to have issues I make sure the client understands The Imagen PC is just like the PC you use as your server which usually gets replaced every 2 years and upgraded more often. And how did you miss on the buyback program with these customers?
