Does Solarwinds have an IPT Assesment aspect for the platform?

I don't think Solarwinds has an IPT assessor.

I've used their WAN Killer to test my QOS.  I was able to completely knock off the computers on the network without any noticable difference of voice quailty.
You can down load the software and test all the features for free for a month.


A free quick network tester can be found here:

QCheck by Ixia.  You'll need to load the sofware on PC's at both ends of the testing points.  It has a streaming UDP test that is pretty good at showing throughput and loss.  If you suspect your losing voice packets accross a WAN, this is an easy tool to use.  Plus Free.
